Our Work for Siena included creating a development plan to capture all sources of revenue, determine how to increase and expand these current sources of revenue to ensure that revenue matches expenses in upcoming fiscal years. MiNDS also supported new events designed for community outreach and fundraising. We also worked with Siena’s Executive Director in support of board communication, community outreach, grant writing. We explained the importance of and created annual appeal letters to reach donors. MiNDS helped the ED understand and improve development processes.
