Louise has worked in nonprofit community service for her entire career, focusing on health education, needs assessment, program management, logic models/theories of change, program evaluation, program communications, and grant writing. She believes that nonprofits achieve the greatest impact when programming, fundraising, and marketing efforts are connected and cooperative. She helps ground team members in the organization's mission, values, programs, outcomes, and vision, and develops frameworking that prepares nonprofits to better communicate community needs and their case for support with a wide variety of stakeholders. She strives to help donors become engaged investors so community impact can grow. Louise has a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Michigan.
